This policy describes how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for shipments arranged by Logistics Road LLC.
To cancel a booked shipment, contact our team as early as possible. Cancellations made before a carrier has been dispatched are generally not subject to charges. Once a carrier has been dispatched or a truck has arrived for pickup, cancellation charges may apply as set out in your rate confirmation.
Changes to pickup date, delivery location, equipment, or freight details may affect pricing and availability. We will confirm any revised pricing in writing before proceeding.
Where a prepayment has been made and a shipment is cancelled in accordance with this policy, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Applicable cancellation or accessorial charges will be deducted where they apply.
